Fitness Training Services

Sessions begin with an initial assessment of flexibility, balance, endurance, strength, and range of motion abilities. Client lifestyles, goals, and current health status will be pivotal to designing a program  that's right for you. You will be given take home work outs, continued support & advice, and evolving programs that will keep your individual training goals a top priority as you progress. Some or all of these training tools can be incorporated into your individual program:

  • TRX training: suspension body-weight training develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. A great exercise tool for those rehabbing from surgery, injuries, etc.

​

  • Weight lifting: utilizing Olympic barbells, compound lifts will build full body strength, better balance & joint stability. 

​

  • Functional training: efficient interval circuits with dumbbells, kettlebells, and body-weight exercises to work your whole body in a short amount of time. 

 

  • Core work: body-weight exercises with or without added weights to target your core from all angles.

​

  • Cardio intervals: a unique form of cardio training that uses specific rest/work intervals to get the most out of your cardio in the shortest amount of time. Can be adapted to any cardio exercise: biking, swimming, running, etc. 

​

  • Stretching: stretches to maintain or increase symmetry in your musculature to keep your body moving freely in all ranges of motion. 

​

  • $125 One-time session

  • $480 - 4 Sessions ($120/ea)

  • $920 - 8 sessions ($115/ea)​

  • Group pricing available if interested (2+ clients) 

  • (additional travel fee required if outside of normal travel areas)
